Tim's Story

Tim Sweeney is a personal trainer, double transplant survivor, and lifelong cystic fibrosis warrior. He’s the author of Diary of a CF Warrior and The Timmy Chronicles, and the founder of timsweeneycfwarrior.com—a resource for exercise, mindset, and nutrition designed for people living with CF. He won the 2003 Mr. CT bodybuilding title and ran in the NYC Marathon less than a year after his double lung transplant. His mission is to inspire others to fight with purpose and live with breath.
